| APPLICATION FEATURES |
- Due to excellent
fluidity characteristics coating can be achieved by dilution to specified
viscosity/ baume as per individual application needs ,
- Direct application
by dipping for Ready For Use form after proper mixing.
- In case of powder
dilute the powder, first mixing well to obtain a paste form and then
diluting to required viscosity. Recommended dilution ratio is given
in the above table with respect to individual refractory dressings.
- Torching or oven
baking after air drying for 15 to 20 minutes, for best results of
all coats.
- Applications, by
brushing, swabbing, or spraying may be used as per required consistency
of coating.
